A rather simple recipe for garlicky mayo which is mostly only here for my own reference.

Yield: Enough for about four to six medium burgers
Ingredients
- 100g (¾c) real mayonnaise
- 25g (3–6 cloves) garlic, minced & crushed
- 1T dried dill
- Smidgen monosodium glutamate
- ½t Liquid Smoke
Directions
Mix ingredients.
